HOW YOUR FEET AFFECT  ALIGNMENT 

The  skin of your feet is embedded with sensory receptors that  send information about your body to your brain. Your brain then uses this information to command your muscles, which dictates your posture and impacts your movement patterns. If your body weight is unevenly distributed through your feet, then your receptors are missing vital information, and your brain cannot orchestrate optimal posture. This can lead to muscular tension and dysfunctions throughout the body!

 

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Our therapeutic insoles have a frequency and vibration resonator in its center. This stimulates the receptors in your feet as they respond to deep pressure, stretch, and frequency. Most importantly, the resonator stimulates the receptors in your feet on a consistent basis whether you’re weight-bearing or not! 

The signal from the skin of your feet travels to your brain through channels known as the ascending sensory pathways. This signal arrives in your sensory cortex, located in your parietal lobe. It is then transmitted to the motor cortex located in the frontal lobe. This is where your brain plans the execution of movement. This optimized signal allows for accurate movement and proper alignment.

Best of all, due to the resonator’s consistent stimulus, your brain is able to adapt to the new incoming information, and will execute proper movement patterns on a long-term basis!

    These insoles are like magic. They align the posture, increase muscle strength and help people to know where they are in space. And that’s after just one session! The best part is that over time these initial improvements become permanent.

    The best kept secret that everyone should know!

    I am so grateful I completed the training to learn about Posturepro because I would never have known about how to help my body and posture so effectively otherwise. I am keen to try to new more affordable insoles soon out of curiosity, it makes it more accessible. I live in the hottest town in Australia so very keen to test my new soles out to see how they cope with the elements.

    Life Changer

    These insoles changed my life. Ankle injuries and years of wearing hockey skates destroyed my arches to a point where my feet collapsed every step I took. This issue led to low back pain and joint misalignment over time, and no exercises or therapy helped. I almost gave up weightlifting.     Saved my life

    Had massive knee pain...wore orthotics for over 10 years. I’m bow legged. Had an online consultation with Annette and she suggested these. Well worth the investment. Pain is GONE!!!!
